Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the full amount of the visit/overnight stay will be billed.
Please note that The Neighbor does not offer boarding services.
Daytime Visit: Can include a walk in the neighborhood, playtime, attention and affection, treats (when applicable), waste pickup, feeding and watering (when applicable), or attention to other special needs.
First 30 minutes: $20-30 (depending on distance from downtown Hendersonville)
Each additional 30 minutes: $5
Overnight Stay: Overnight care of your pet in your home, with the added value of basic house-sitting services, such as retrieving mail, watering plants, and alternating lights. When booking multiple nights, please consider a daytime visit if your pet needs a mid-day break.
A 10-hour minimum stay (beginning between 8 and 9pm): $50

Basic: Retrieve mail, water plants and alternate lights. Light interior and exterior property inspection.
Daily rate: $20–30
Premium: All of the above, plus trash/recycle taken to the curb, on-site appointments, check heat or A/C, check water pipes (winter only) and start any stored vehicles.
Daily rate: $30–50
Seasonal Package: All of the above plus light seasonal outdoor maintenance (rake leaves, shovel driveway, de-ice sidewalks). Ensure services provided by other companies are being done properly (lawn or cleaning services, etc.).
